Pickup / Delivery

We are based in Blacktown. Our exact pickup address will be provided when your booking enquiry is made.

Whilst our hire rates are based on 24 hour time period, we are flexible, and are more than happy to work to your requirements. When you make a booking enquiry please make sure to mention the time of pickup and return. If you have any concerns or questions about this please feel free to contact us for help.

We do also offer Delivery and Installation service in most cases. Upon completing your booking enquiry please indicate whether Delivery / Setup is Required. We will be in contact with you to discuss details and confirm the cost of delivery / setup.

Rental Bond + ID

In most cases an additional rental bond is required upon pickup. Upon receiving your booking enquiry, we will contact you to confirm the exact amount required for this bond. 

The bond is refunded after the equipment is returned and checked.

The rental bond may be withheld in case of late or improper return. The rental bond does not cover the loss or damage of equipment.

Just like any rental company, we will require a physical copy of your identification to confirm your identity (name, residential address and age). Please have a valid form of ID ready upon pickup, or at the time of delivery. We only accept Australian driver’s licence, government-issued photo cards, or passport as valid forms of identification.
